Playing around outside

It's summer and Jailin is having so much fun playing outside. This is her first time playing with her whale sprinkler and she's not sure about it. She doesn't like it when she bends down and it sprays in her face, but she likes sticking her hands in the spray.

It's finally starting to feel like spring here. The trees are all green and we're all busy gardening, including Jailin. She loves being outside. Jailin's shirt definitely sums up her personality, our little spicy Hunan girl!

A day at the zoo

Jailin had a fun time at the kiddie zoo. She especially liked the chickens. Although, I think her favorite thing was getting pebbles off the ground and putting them on the fence. This was done on the chicken fence, but hey, I'm sticking with the "Jailin loved the chickens" story.





OK, I'm pooped! Now, where is the ice cream that was promised to me?

Jailin has been walking for over a month now. She now is having much more fun being more independent. We are enjoying it more, too! She is really starting to show her personality, the good and the bad! We are loving every minute of it. She does new things everyday and it is so exciting to see. It's already going to fast for us! We are looking forward to the nicer weather and I hope to post pictures more often.

Spring for a day!

Spring is in the air.... for a day at least. Jailin was so excited to go outside without mittens, hat, and down coat.

I love being outside! I've been a prisoner in my house for the last 5 months. Hooray for Spring!

Now why can't I climb over the wall again?
