National Pig Day at the Zoo

National Pig Day, who knew? Time to get out of the house and into the cold, brisk air! We all had a fun day at the zoo. We saw a pig play basketball and eat cake. Oh how I love pigs! Jailin had tons of fun with Mason, too!

Our cousins are here!

Auntie Michelle, Natalie, and Emily came to visit us. Jailin loved them all, especially Emily! We were even fortunate to have some snow while they were visiting. We were all so sad to see them go!

Jailin's First Christmas

We had a nice low key holiday. Jailin didn't understand what the presents were all about this year. We all had a wonderful first Christmas as a family.

December 10th, Jailin's birthday! She had a great time opening even more gifts. We all had a wonderful family day together.

Jailin's 1st Birthday!!

We celebrated Jailin's first birthday on Sunday. She didn't know what to make of it all. She refused to even try her cake, but she did enjoy poking at the whipped cream and mushing it between her fingers! Thank you to our friends for getting me through my first "kid" party. Thank goodness for the wine and wassail! It was a wonderful party and it meant a lot to John and I that you all came to celebrate our little one. Thank you!
